"We were quite disappointed with our stay. The parking attendant was very rude, couldn’t understand english well his name was Rome i guess and the door keys were not working properly. The TV was not functioning at all, and there was no smart TV available, which was not mentioned beforehand. We were also not informed in advance that the pool was closed."

"Parking is spacious and easy to access. Short uber trip the BMO centre. Staff allowed us to stay parked in the parking lot when we checked out which was very appreciated. Where our room was the train was noisy enough to make for a rough sleep. No coffee machine, but there is a microwave and fridge that worked great. No smart tv to access any streaming. Finding the room is confusing as the lobby was on level 2 3/4."

"When I booked this hotel the photos ended up not looking anything like what I booked. Where I ended up looked like we were in sex worker central. Maybe you should update your photos so people know that instead of a charming hotel, it’s a place you take your sex worker for the night. I paid my dues and they charged me an extra $31.50.. for what you ask I have no clue. This place sucked and was creepy as heck. I will not return to this place at all."

"The only items we would have at the breakfast is the fruit & cottage cheese, coffee and maybe toast The rest was terrible, tough pancakes, tasteless eggs and sausages. We have eaten supper there before and it was excellent. The accommodation is absolutely excellent."

"Perfect Location to 17th Ave a Stephen Ave. Tons of restaurants all within walking distance. This hotel is in a prime location to walk and enjoy the Beltline, Downtown, East Village and walking paths along the Bow River. Minutes away from the Calgary Tower."
