I loved the pre-arrival phone call with instructions, the friendly staff and the easy check-out process. Located walking distance from the Canberra Centre and the main food street in Canberra. "First night there was a constant knocking sound majority of the night, leaving my partner and I with little sleep. Second night the knocking continued with us contacting reception and changing rooms at 10pm. Reception staff were very good to deal with. Place was tidy and very great location and parking options. Only other down side was the size said there were bath robes but we didn't receive bath robes or the bottle of wine on arrival as stated through Expedia."
