Hotel dekat City Mall

"Excellent location next to the Mall, large clean room, very friendly staff, excellent food. Exceeded all expectations."

"Everything I like"

"Very nice work"

"The hotel is clean and well-maintained with a great breakfast variety, and most staff are welcoming. However, I encountered an issue at check-in: although I booked and paid for a room for three adults via Expedia, the receptionist insisted on an additional 20 JD per night for a third bed. She confirmed the booking was for three guests but claimed the extra bed was not included. To avoid a confrontation while tired from travel, I paid the fee, though this policy is unreasonable."

"The staff were extremely helpful and kind! While the shower stall could definitely use an update to meet standard expectations, everything else was fantastic. Other than that minor detail, I highly recommend staying here."

"Peaceful"

"stolen items in my room"

"One of the bath towels was previously used and had what it appeared to be coffee stains or human feced.? I went to the reception and showed it to the staff and their reaction was “we will bring you a clean towel”."

"Bad staff and lobby guys"

"The service was good"

"Not clean at all , floor was sticky"

"Great location - very clean hotel - staff are very helpful and lots of places nearby -"

"The apartment was not ready upon my arrival. Floors dirty. No kitchen utensils. No towels. Overcharged by 1 night despite having arranged an early check in."
