"Great location - easy access to the city!
Room was clean but just metres from reception which I felt uncomfortable about. I immediately asked if another room was available instead and the manager agreed offering to do so after the first night as no staff were available to prepare a room.
Bed was lovely, comfortable with clean sheets. Windows were paper thin and noise could be heard throughout the night. There was also a cold draft. Block out blinds weren’t fully able to make the room...

"I stayed 1 night. The towel was dirty and I didnt end up using the shower due to the hygienic state of the room. After hiurs number didnt answer."

"Very cheap onsite (reserved) parking. Lovely pool and spa. The sauna didn't sauna much. Also someone had stolen many of the hot rocks. Carpet in the room was dirty. Hot tub in the room was nice. Heater in the room was broken. Internet didn't quite reach to our room so the smart TV wasn't very. Pets were allowed in the 4 adjacent rooms but apparently not in ours. Seems silly to waste the courtyard. We had hoped to do a weekend with the dog but couldn't get a pet friend room with a tub. Just FYI...
