"Had a pet friendly room, as we were picking up a puppy from Vancouver airport. This hotel was excellent location to the airport cargo area, restaurants and the outlet mall to keep us busy! Outside our room was a nice small but perfect grassy area for our puppy! The restaurant attached to the hotel was closed, however there are 2 sandman hotels right beside that both had restaurants in them as well as a holiday in right across that also had a restaurant!"

"After travelling all day from London I got to the hotel and it was closed and up for sale ,after half an hour of ringing and knocking I realised there was no one there. I then had to find alternative accommodation as you can imagine I was annoyed and will be taking it up with Expedia when I return home 👎👎"

"Das Hotel ist sehr neu. Die Grünanlage vor dem Hotel war noch nicht fertig. Rasen war nicht verlegt. Die Tasten im Lift funktionierten nicht für manche Stockwerke. Das Stiegenhaus war nicht zugänglich (versperrt). Die Klimaanlage konnte nicht bedient werden (nur ein und ausgesteckt). Die Lage ist nahe beim Flughafen neben einem Highway. Leider sind die Fenster nicht schalldicht. Von der Zimmertüre löste sich die Dichtung."

"We stayed on the casino side and the room was excellent, very clean, spacious, comfortable bed and pillows. The only downside is the TV reception, lots of static on most channels but nothing major. The location was perfect, easy access to everything with the skytrain, busses and the night market."
