"This stay was a step above a backpackers. The cleanliness was below average, the service of the rooms was basically a touch up vacuum and a new toilet roll. I had to ask for my rubbish to be emptied. I ran out of hot water half-way through a shower on day 3. The room was dated, and not as pictured. The kitchenette on my floor (which I thought would be in my room) seriously lacked ammenities, and the ground floor kitchenette didn’t open until 10am and was always closed when I needed something. "The view from our room was absolutely stunning! The location was great, just a short drive or a 25 minute walk to the centre of Sassafras. Justin was very kind and knowledgeable about the area, and happy to give us ideas for local places to eat. We wish we didn’t have to leave at the end of our trip!"
