"The parking was only in the front of the place, the outside of the building is in very poor condition, we checked in because we were shown great photos of the inside but once inside it was not clean, the floors were dirty, sheets had holes and blood stains, then we had a man knocking asking for his belongings out of our room. The people next to us were outside smoking different things that continued to come into our ac and room. People live there all the time and are on drugs. No pool no snack machines. It was the worst I’ve ever experienced! Never will return or recommend this place and the lady in the office when checking in was very nice but the next day the lady was very rude! Because our key would never continue to work and she said that wasn’t her problem. Very very very poor staff and conditions!! "

"Shabby looking, in need of a renovation. Their out building is especially shabby. Aside from 1 person at the front desk during the day, the staff was very unpleasant. Service with a scowl. I found that odd since the other hotels in that area that I stay at when I visit twice a year, the staff is friendly and polite. Will not stay here again."

"Phones in room were not working so I couldn't call the front desk. Our heater did not work. I had to walk to the front desk to complain because the phone did not work. They gave us a small space heater that did work fairly well to warm the room. "

"The hotel is clean and safe. Being a female and traveling alone, I felt safe at this hotel. The pool and morning breakfasts were well appreciated as I visited my mom at the ICU at a local hospital. The warm chocolate chip cookies in the evening were comforting from a long day at the hospital."
