"The property is in desperate need of a refurbishment, the pictures look lovely but the reality is a very different story. We found glass on the carpet, mould all over the bathroom. The taps were hanging off, toilet roll holder has come off the wall and just been put in a drawer. Mould in the drawer where the bed linens are stored. Many spiders and webs about. We also had to make the beds ourselves, there weren’t enough pillow cases for the pillows. There were no instructions given to us about...

"Apartment was lovely, first night was not good as the toilet was banging all night so didn’t sleep much which was hard for me as I came away for a quiet weekend as just gone through cancer treatment, everything in the apartment was very clean, "

"Fabulous location, we loved the view of the marina. It was an ideal place to travel to Lancaster where our uni son lives, and up into the Lake District. The accommodation was spacious and had everything we needed. Only suggestion we have is that the master bedroom had awful pillows that are past their best due to being lumpy. They need replacing. "Stayed in suite 2. Communication prior to stay was good re parking and check in which was as advised. Only slight issue was getting info suite which had very stiff front door. Lovely apartment , very clean on arrival with complimentary beer , prosecco and soft drinks. Information provided in apartment advised it would be serviced following day. Jacuzzi worked once we got the hang of it.TV kept pixeling but got better. Comfortable bed and furnishings. Stayed Friday and Saturday night, got back...

"If you are thinking about booking I wouldn’t bother. We had the worst experience of our life’s staying here. From the apartment being dirty like disgusting to someone entering our apartment at 12 and the police being called. We ended up with no refund and no sleep so I wouldn’t stay here if I was you. "
