"They were very polite. The environment is safe and comfortable for the price they charge. The floor needs to be cleaned better, as my socks turned black from the dirt. Otherwise, it's fine. My 10/10 goes to all the staff there regarding customer service—they were very kind.

"The door was not aligned with the hinge. It was very har to close from the outside. If someone really wanted to get in they could’ve l. Because the door was not properly secured it was loud. Hotel is a busy road.
I called the customer service line and they basically told me that it didn’t matter because I was checking out on Monday."

"The location was perfect and the bedding was clean and good quality. We ate dinner in the breakfast/lobby area one night and it was clean. Staff were ok. Not overly helpful or friendly but never rude or unfriendly. Just ok. The only "problem" was the bathroom in our room. We booked 2 rooms, one of the rooms had a horrible smell coming from the plumbing. It was like sulphur/rotten eggs/standing water. Not pleasant at all."
