"Room was clean, spacious, quiet and comfortable, staff were good and responsive. Breakfast was good but for such a hotel and price, more options were expected. Suite had stove, fridge, microwave and dishwasher. However there was no dishes, so those appliances were useless. Room corners were dusty."

The biggest plus is the staff which are very service oriented and willing to listen and make accommodations for every guest based on their needs. "The room was very clean, as well as the bathroom. The staff were very responsive to my questions and concerns and were always very patient. The signage for amenities, division of space, expected rules of behaviour, and WiFi were extremely clear and helpful. The proximity to the plaza with a T&T made it super easy to find cheap, delicious food, and access to Yonge Street meant easy transit time. The locks made me feel very secure. "Very very clean, room had a sitting kitchen with a coffee machine and a fridge. The furniture and carpet were dated , but renovation effort was visible in the bathroom. No elevator, however staff offered to help with the luggage. Air conditioner was super loud, it made it difficult to sleep. All in all a good place, but a bit pricey."
