Clean room upon arrival and friendly staff, answered any questions we had. The location of the hotel was great, very close and walking distance to lots of places and the mall. Pool was clean and cold let’s say that, Laundromat was easy to use and understand. The only negative thing I have to say about our room is the shower head needing a replacement or proper cleaning. Aside from that the room and hotel were great and amazing price for the amount of days we stayed. Last positive thing I have to say in the lobby is amazing coffee/cappuccino machine for a $1 USD/$30 Pesos.

We stayed from 05/20 to 06/05 and had a wonderful experience overall. The entire staff was respectful, friendly, and always willing to help. One of the highlights of our stay was the excellent air conditioning, which made our visit especially comfortable. The only suggestions I would make are regarding the room accommodations and housekeeping schedule. I would have preferred a larger bed instead of the couch in the room, as that would have made the space more comfortable for our needs. Additionally, room cleaning was provided once a week; having housekeeping service twice a week would have been appreciated. Overall, this is a great hotel with an excellent location and an outstanding staff. I would gladly stay here again.

This was a last-minute reservation because another Hotel had canceled it. When I arrived, the person at the front desk was super nice and very helpful and patience because I was very upset and very exhausted, also the security guard who was present at the time was very nice as well he helped us with our luggage. This was the night shift. The next morning other gentlemen were at the front desk; he was not nice and not very helpful. I needed towels and he told me that I needed to bring the dirty ones in order to get new ones, there was four people in my room and we only received 2 towels, in the room there was a note about housekeeping not cleaning every day so I asked about trash, he told me I could take it out myself since the dump was nearby. That was just a NOO. I paid for a service. Also, the room seemed old, there was a lot of things that were broken/dirty. IT was very hot and the AC was not cooling off our room. This property needs a lot of maintenance.
