"My stay was great after maneuvering the road closures due to an event nearby. The location is excellent; across from the Walt Disney Concert Hall. The staff was professional and extremely friendly and welcoming. The beds were comfortable and the choice of favorite pillow, extensive. The drinks at the bar were on point, with a beautiful view. The breakfast we had was delectable! It was a wonderful stay!"

"The room was gorgeous and clean, very trendy. The staff were super helpful and nice. The only downfall would be the smell of weed outside of the building and the Wifi was a bit weak sometimes, but other than that super great stay."

"Rooms are a bit dated. The safe in our room keeps getting into problems and a staff had to come multiple times to fix it. That can be an issue when you need to leave the room.
Otherwise the place is great. Clean. Nice location. Easy parking for a reasonable fee. And wonderful gym."

They didn't mention that the hotel lobby was under construction
Checking was on the third floor!
They didn't have correct signage for the checking area on the third floor!
You should have been the same saying reception!!
