"The property is in the center of everything! We love it. The apartment itself was spacious and well maintained. It is located on the 3rd floor but there is an elevator."

"The location was great, the room was clean, comfortable and visually lovely. The one downfall was the sound. The first 2 nights were okay with just some sound carrying from the room upstairs. The last night which was a Friday night was brutal. We got almost no sleep due to the outside noise of Friday night partiers that sounded like they were almost in our room. Windows were closed but there was no sound proofing at all."

Shops/restaurants/bars/attractions We actually stayed in a suite opposite the main hotel- every convenience was there/washing machine/dishwasher/crockery/microwave / excellent storage and a gorgeous room! "Manuel and Kata have a fabulous property here, each suite slightly different from the last. We had a wonderful stay for 4 nights. Highly recommended location in the middle of everything and in a Hapsburg palace no less. "

"Booked an overnight stay for myself and an elderly relative with mobility and vision impairments and had to navigate a gigantic heavy door on the street into an apartment entrance with a flight of stairs to a lift. None of this is mentioned in the description and we had heavy cases as well so had to leave them unattended in the lobby. The lighting in the rooms is abysmal, I was faced with showering in near darkness. The bigger problem is the corridors to/from the rooms which are in blackout...
