Stefano was amazing. The hotel is right near the port. We really enjoyed our stay b4 our cruise. If you are looking for that old charm this is the place for you.

It was a lovely old building and the beds were surprisingly comfortable. Location was great especially since the section in front of the hotel was pedestrian only but very short distance to pick up/drop off by taxi. Just be aware that you will have to climb up 2 flights of marble steps, likely with your luggage if the host doesn't happen to be there when you arrive/leave. Several restaurants within easy walking distance. Hotel staff very nice.

It was good for a shorts stay before my cruise. The AC wasnt that great and the shower head bar kept coming out of the wall.

Loved this quaint hotel. Close to the port and very walkable. There are no elevators so be sure you can carry your bags. Its very nice and clean. We walked to the port in the morning and caught the free shuttle to the ship. I would stay again.

Everything was great, however didn't realize that facility did not have an elevator however there was help with our luggage. Facility was in a great spot no need for transportation was walking distance to Everything

The room was clean. The mattress was very comfortable. The window had metal shutters that you could not open so you had no day light unless you opened the window that did not have a screen. I don’t think I will be coming back to this hotel

Really great spot if you are catching a cruise in Civitavecchia. This is a beautiful old building converted to a hotel. Perfect location, cafes next door. Our room was so reasonable, quite large and clean with everything we needed. Lovely people working there who carried our luggage up the stairs for us. No elevator.

Das Personal ist sofort hilfbereit gewesen, obwohl wir früher angekommen waren. Die Unterkunft liegt mitten in der Stadt und man kann alles fußläufig erreichen. Parkplätze gibt es keine.

When we arrived Stefano and this wonderful lady got our bags and wouldn't let us assist in carrying up our luggage. The bldg was very safe and had 2 separate locked entrances where u were secure with the people who were booked at the hotel. Right near everything. You can walk to the port, but for a fee Stefano will get u a cab. The room was cozy and quaint, clean and I loved the open shutter windows where you can look outside. First time in Italy and his hospitality sealed the deal before our cruise. Would recommend.

The location is nice. The staff helps you to get a ride - 10 euros to the port. Breakfast is ok. The area is nice and walkable especially at night. Lots of option to dine within the area. Stefano recommended a few and we tried it. Great food. My only con is no elevator so bring you luggage ip the stairs.
