"Parking ok I've gave this a bad review as idiots on motorbikes from 11pm till 2.15 am flying around in adjacent carpark and couldn't get any sleep. It's about time police done patrols to stop this anti social behaviour. We were flying early from airport so did not get a wink ov sleep"

"This hotel was just okay, in my opinion. The room was very outdated, with old carpet and the shower valve was broken or something because the water came half out the shower and half out the bath spout. The breakfast was great and the location to shopping outlets was also nice. The beds were comfortable enough. I would stay here again, but if you are looking for modern or nice looking this hotel doesn’t impress."

"Great place for an overnight stay or two. Easy to find ample parking either on street or to the rear of the property. Great little place, decent clean and well kept. Room was comfortable and slept well. Friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast and easy check in and out."

"My mom and I considered ourselves lucky to get to be hosted by such a considerate host. The house was cozy with lots of thoughtful touches. We definitely say again. Excellent value for the price."

"The snug was immaculate however we were unable to regulate the heating. In spite of turning all visible controls off, the heat was unbearable to the point we had to open the door at 4am."

"We had the most amazing stay at this cosy, comfortable cabin surrounded by greenery. It was like living in a tree house. The birdsong was beautiful as were the sunsets and views of the night sky. The cabin was spacious enough for two and had everything we needed for our week long stay, including parking. There is a log fire with plenty of wood for cold days but we were very lucky with the weather and had warm sunshine every day which made the cabin warm and cosy to come back to after days out....

"This is an amazing space with good connection to many attractions. Beautiful setting in the country with great views, ponds of swans, and short distance to restaurants. We had a bit of trouble with the heat and plumbing but the owner was quick to check it out. "

"Fantastic stay. Stayed many times in a snug pod for business maybe 15 times a year. Tried a cabin for first time because the price was cheaper than normal. Amazing, shame its too expensive to do more often. Only downside was the wifi was hit and miss but overall very good"

"滞在3日目になりますが、部屋の掃除をしていない。 滞在2日目には、部屋の清掃をお願いするタグをドアに掛け午前８時前に外出し、午後６時過ぎに帰って来ましたが、部屋掃除のタグがドアに掛かっていたので、掃除をしていない事も想定し部屋に入ったら、ゴミもそのままで別途メーク無し、タオルの交換無しでした。 結局部屋に入らない、何の意味が部屋の掃除のタグに有るんですか❓ 今回はイギリスの e-VISA申請に不備が有り、日程変更しましたが。 日本のオペレータからその旨、変更可能か確認して頂きましたが、NGでした。 予約時に予約キャンセルの場合には返金なしを選択の為、この件に対しては納得出来ましたが、部屋の掃除をしない事は違うと考えます。"

"We did not care for the property at all. They would not store one piece of luggage for one day on the day before we checked in. The front desk personnel was very rude and unhelpful. Room was small and dark. You could not adjust the heat or cooling. You got what they had the whole hotel set at. Also had a motion detector light under the bed which we could not figure out how to turn off and every time you moved in the room, it went on. Very annoying. Could only open the window about 1 inch. Lobby...
