"The Oliver Hotel is a great boutique place located right off Market Square in downtown Knoxville. Lots of great restaurants to choose from, including their own. Within a mile of lots of sights. And the staff were very helpful when one of our bags were delivered close to checkout time, they gave us some more time. Parking is tricky, but they have valet service."

"when we checked in late in the night. the front desk lady asked us if its ok to allow her traineeto help us with the check in process. sure and the trainee did good. well, we had to wait till late afternoon to go to the event so did not want to leave the room too early. we asked first but they told us by noon. I think we actually left half an hour after 12, but no problem. gld they did not kick us out."

I just assumed that it would be there like any other kitchenette I stay.
