"Although staff was friendly and tried to fix things the facility was dirty, outdated, and it smelled old. Around the area was abandoned buildings. The only store available nearby was a 7-11. Expedia’s picture do not depict the hotel we went to. It should not be running until the facilities are up to par. "

The staff is the heart of this hotel. The location, food and the other features are just icing on the cake. All the staff are amazing and this is no exaggeration. Special mention to James and Alanis (who took care of us also last year); Chezka and Yana from front desk; Kiko and George from the restaurant and all the housekeeping and security staff! "Hotel was in an ideal location near the airport and the mall. Staff were friendly and helpful. The room was a little outdated as it was in the older building with older light fixtures that had broken light shades and scratches on the mirrors. It was otherwise a pleasant stay for the one night needed for me and my group as it was a spacious room with three beds which you rarely see in a hotel space."

"Airport shuttle is on call. Rooms are over the restaurant/bar, likely noisy on weekend, but I was there during week. Restaurant and bar is open 24/7"
