"Wanted something close to the Toronto Zoo. This hotel had a nice swimming pool, good workout room, spacious room and a great hot breakfast buffet. Well done. Would stay here again."

"We had an amazing stay here. Staff were great and friendly. The pools were a treat especially the outdoor. Would be nice if the pool was cleaned a bit more with all the droppings from the trees and caterpillars in the trees. Was like swimming in a lagoon but it was still worth it. Only issues with the room was the patio door only had one handle and no lock. As such there was no way to close it if you went on the patio. The door was also extremely difficult to open. The toilet wouldn't...

"The room is clean and is cleaned every 2 days but you can request to clean your room if needed. Staff are courteous and knows what they are doing. However, breakfast staff slams the plates and silverwares when cleaning the breakfast area that makes it annoying for people who are still eating. Breakfast only consists of carbohydrates. Breads, porridge and cereals. It was advertised as free continental breakfast but you have to pay if you want proteins - like eggs, bacon and sausage."
