"My family and I loved being on the water and everything that we needed was basically just off the main strip(Central Avenue)."

"Liked that it was a gated community. The pool was clean and nice. View from balcony was my favorite."

"Wonderful- only complaint not having control of thermostat- it was set on 76 permanently and very warm in condo since it was a hot humid day- we had to keep fans on high-"

"The code for the gate and door was emailed to me. I had to call management for the pool closest to the room and for the tennis court codes. The amenities at the front of the complex you'll pass are NOT for this unit. The place looked liked the pictures. There was dishes still in the dishwasher. The master shower door was was missing a bracket on the right side. The door hangs and you have to squeeze past the toilet to use the other door. The towel holder fell the 1st time we took a towel off of...

"Loved the view, very clean and just not being far from town. This was one of the best stays we’ve had in along time definitely will be booking again."

"The condo was in good condition. The two bedrooms were spacious with king sized beds in them which were very comfortable. The restrooms were clean and neatly organized along with towels for use. The kitchen was setup in a narrow walkway but with plenty of space to maneuver around; it was supplied with a wall oven with a microwave on top, a 36" wide refrigerator with the freezer on top, and a cooktop on the far side. The balcony gives a good overview of the lake and a few restaurants to visit....

"excellent location"

"Game room is good"

"We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean and quiet, the other residents/guests in the building were extremely nice, and the location was perfect for our vacation."

"Our stay for our family's vacation was great. Convenient to restaurants and attractions. Beds were very comfortable and we had all the room we needded. We enjoyed staying here and will definitely stay again. Wish we would have found the condo earlier since we come to Hot Springs quite a bit. "

"Perfect, cozy spot for our little family!"
