"The room was clean and comfortable…. Staff was friendly, helpful and polite. Joana who checked us in was awesome. Very pleasant and very accommodating."

"The only negative was our room was overlooking the pool up on 33rd floor. There was a drum beating non stop between 9ish in the morning till 11pm. I loved everything else about the trip. Not much shopping available at the circa. Barry’s Downtown prime restaurant at the circa was amazing."

"front desk check in was slow even though we had a late night check in and were the only ones at the desk. staff was at the desk doing something on their computer and had us waiting until she was done. she did let us know after a few minutes of waiting that she needed a few more minutes to finish what she was doing because if she got out of what she was doing she would have to start all over again. one she was done she was pleasant and helpful but the check in process was slow once started after...

"The casino was good just small"

"None of the rooms are quiet due to the proximity to the Freemont Street Experience. Building is very old, furniture was dated. They do offer no resort fees and free parking. Shower fixtures were very nice. Staff was friendly. They tend to push the "haunted" narrative, probably great if you want a ghost hunting experience, was not a good choice for business travel."

"Was allergic to something in the room. Spent the whole time sneezing & having a runny nose. It was small but the access to Fremont was amazing! The tacos & Miches across the street I highly recommend!!!!"

"Stayed in the tower rooms for a weekend, Exceeded our expectations! Was a bit skeptical at first just cause of its age, but overall it was clean and welcoming. Nights can be a bit loud due to the nightclubs literally right outside, being tired enough won’t bother you 😁 thanks to the incredibly nice staff"

"Pool area is clean. Room was excellent. I had a good view from the 18th floor. They did forget my wake up call and I missed my flight."

"The main detractor was the noise. The first night the hotel had to provide a new room because there were little kids making noise, the walls are incredibly thin. The last night, a woman was up late laughing like a hyena and I had to get up at 6 am. I hardly got any sleep."

"Free valet parking and hotel lobby was right through the valet doors and didn't need to walk all over the casino to get to the elevators. Lots of machines and tables and exits right to Fremont Street. Good location and so far this has been our go-to Downtown casino"

"Just the shower the drain was going down slow so you end up your dirty water all around your feet ….. beside that everything else was great like I would stay there again don’t get me wrong"
