"The Peabody Hotel is a beautiful hotel that everyone should experience at least once. It is convenient to nearby Beale Street and the hotel offers many amenities. However I was very disappointed in the restaurant . The meal was fine, but service was disappointing. There were maybe all of 4 customers in the entire restaurant and yet we felt rushed by staff. "The room was a little dated, but clean. I liked the kitchenette, although there wasn't a lot of kitchen ware. There was plenty of storage space in the bathroom. The hotel was very quiet, although there were a lot of people staying there. It was close to Memphis and other areas we wanted to see. We will stay here again."

"Honestly for the price I expected a lot more. But the hallway outside my room was super hot, wallpaper peeling off the walls, carpet cut in places and coming up completely. I had made a reservation but that didn’t help anything, they had ran out of king suites before I was able to check in. My reservation literally meant nothing, so I was given a double room which whatever no big deal, my issue is how the staff kept saying and this is why we don’t want our customers using third parties. "This is one of the most impressive casino hotels that Ive stay at! Everyone very nice and knowledgeable!"

"It looked like the rooms haven't been cleaned and found a razor underneath the fitted sheet needless to say it was still in the wrapper it was under the fitted sheet roaches crawling around someone broke into our room and stole things then they wouldn't show the video of who did it or even cared to look person that we found out that did do it worked there but supposedly the only person that could rewind the tape and find out who broke into our room was the owner and I've never got to talk to him...

"Heads up, this was extremely unprofessional business booked. My room came to check-in got my key went to my room tried to swipe my key card door wouldn’t open went down. Got a new key. Had the worker come with me swipe the key wouldn’t work man inside the room, naked seems to me like a trafficking hotel be highly aware of. Do not recommend for anybody."

"This was a great experience! We stayed 2 nights. I would definitely stay at this hotel again. The staff was amazing! They were welcoming, helpful and always wearing a smile. The rooms were clean & comfortable. The breakfast was included at this hotel and it was good! You have to check out the roof top bar… the view is amazing. Thank you to everyone at the Hu Hotel. You guys are the best ! Keep up the great hospitality you provide."
