"The staff was very friendly. The place was very clean. The fridge was tiny and could be bigger as it was only a half-sized mini fridge, but I was able to squeeze everything in there. Side note: if you have Alpha Gal syndrome and are fume reactive, breakfast/evening snacks are served in the lobby and the pool is not for you. The BBQ restaurant exhaust fan is right next to the pool, and I was unable to enjoy that option. My child enjoyed it though."

"So toilets are so low they are toddler height-do a deep knee bend to sit down. The tv is 50 channel selection of direct tv but only a few actually transmit -finally figured out on my 2nd day if you turn the tv off then on again you can get the channel to transmit video-otherwise it says it only transmits audio-so changing channels and getting video transmission meant turning it off and on. Third, the beds are very soft so no support-back was hurting after the first night and it was a challenge...

"We had a string of negative experiences during our three-night stay. The first night, the air conditioner in the room was rattling very loudly. I called the front desk and they seemed very annoyed to be talking to me, but they offered to get us a new room. The keys they gave us for the new room didn't work, so we had to go back to the desk to get the keys activated correctly. The air conditioner in the new room was just as loud. The entire building seemed outdated. It was dirty, sticky, and...

"Room air conditioner did not work, lady at the front was not very friendly-seemed bothered when we requested another room. Second room air conditioning was good, however-this room didn’t have a fridge(need to store my medications). Then we asked about that and were told up charge, we said ok, never received it…"

"What a nice stay! Decent breakfast in a very cool town. I was there for a concert about Friday and stay for 2 days at the St Louis Factory which is like a mile and a half away wish I could have checked it early but it was raining like crazy everything else was perfect. Except for an Uber driver that had nothing to do with the hotel who rifled me around the whole town to charge extra obviously he didn't get the money have a nice day everyone :-)"

"Air conditioner didn't work the best and the pool wasn't unlocked at 9am when I went down to take a swim. Not very soundproof so bring earplugs. The breakfast had no protein options other than the sausage in the gravy. Halls smelled funny. The staff was nice. Check in was easy. The bed was comfortable."
