"Everything was wonderful from check in to check out"

"The front desk staff were in a terrible mood. When I checked in, the person was completely expressionless, and at check-out, the person had a really bad attitude. I asked about what it says on the key card holder regarding members being eligible for a short late check-out. They bluntly told me, with a sour face, 'not on weekends.' "My spouse and I chose the Baymont Inn and suites in Northwood,. Ohio mainly ,because of the reasonable price and that it included breakfast. Upon arrival, we found our room to be clean and the staff helpful. The hotel was near a great selection of places to eat and convenient stores for everyday needs . The hotel was just what we needed for our couple of week's stay while waiting for our house to be finished . Despite the hotel being off of I-75, it was very quiet and peaceful. We recommend...

"All staff were very helpful- particularly when I left an item in my room.. they found it and sent me an online process to have the item returned I gave only a four stars as someone — not sure who- overrided my handicapped room reservation— we were given a room that was for hearing impaired, which does not work when you have a broken ankle. But the other staff really made up for it by their help and we generally really like staying at Home2"

"Everyone was very nice here and the place was clean. Breakfast had a lot of selections and everything was set up nicely. The pool and hot tub were clean too."

"The person whom we first dealt with at check-in around 1:00 pm seemed to be easily confused. We asked to pay upon departure but were charged ahead of time to an account we would not have chosen. She assured us twice that breakfast was on the second floor instead of the obvious dining area right beside us. Everyone else was great."
