"Check in was fast and easy. Once we got to our room there was no cellular service and the WiFi didn’t work for the whole two days we were there so it was very difficult to get any work done. Breakfast was very basic and minimal. House keeping let themselves in twice in one day while I was in the room which I didn’t like. Beds were not comfortable at all. I stay at a lot of residence inns by Marriott and this one was by far the worst one ever "

"We enjoyed our stay with the Springhill Suites. It was a great value. The staff was super nice. The canteen in the lobby was really nice to have in case of snacks or toiletries and OTC medicines. The furniture, fixtures and bedding appeared new and were quite nice for the value. The room was large because it was a small suite. The bathroom was large and very functional with all of the amenities one might ask for. The bedding was very comfortable. The climate control worked wonderfully. There was a functioning microwave and refrigerator, both of which were clean and very useful. The breakfast was on par with other hotels of this category and included a mix of hot food, juices, breads, oatmeal (with yummy toppings) and cereals. I would definitely stay there again."

"I like how clean the property generally speaking overall is however the HVAC system in room 134 is rid of the toxic black mold they definitely need new housekeepers because the housekeeper obviously want to get home and don't want to make the hotel immaculate according to guest and how California health and safety code"

"This place is really worn down, dirty and not comfortable. Scuffed up furniture and dirty walls. Look at the guest photos to get a current state of this hotel. "

"The exterior premises as well as the room seem to be up-to-date and well kept up. The room came with a nice size refrigerator and a microwave. I only wish that it came with a coffee maker. Do the best of my knowledge there is nowhere on site to get coffee, if there is, no one made me aware of it. It’s fairly noisy due to such a Major street in front of the property however, not so noisy. I was not able to sleep. Overall, I found everything clean, the toilet bowl could use a little extra work."
