"Very good place "

"Yes, Neglected, poor staff, the rooms are ridiculously nasty uncleaned tubs sinks, toilets, roaches in and under the beds ,ceilings have holes in them. The whole entire hotel needs to be shutdown ASAP, NO ONE SHOULD EVER LIVE LIKE THAT. I REALLY NEED A REFUND. And the only reason I stayed is that I couldn't get my money back so I slept outside of the room in my car."

"The Bathroom. The Pretty Room looked like a picture in a Book & it reminded me of Walmart bedding Department. I’m pleasingly pleased to have spent the night. It would be nice if the drapes had weights to avoid being blown up by the Air Conditioner. I was also pleased with breakfast. The food service staff was so friendly. She made my second waffle prettier than the one I poured.Her service was amazing & appreciated. Every issue I thought I had was addressed & solved."

"The door at 107 takes a long time to unlock. We changed the key card twice on the 1st day and also replaced the battery on the same day. It's so frustrating to wait around to have the door unlocked and then walk back to the reception when it's cold outside."

"The location itself is not in a good area. There aren’t any food places close by and you have to travel fairly far to find a decent spot. The room was clean and spacious. The housekeeper was amazing. It was quiet for the most part; however, our car was vandalized. Someone poured oil all over our car. After two car washes and multiple wipe downs, oil is still coming out of places on our car. The property manager did not offer to compensate us for the damages. We paid $30 for a car wash and...

"I was so disappointed, the airport shuttle is non existent. We had to ask every shuttle if they know where that one was, we ended up taking the shuttle for the hotel across the street and had to walk through a ditch with 4 suitcases and across the street, there was nobody at desk when we checked in and 2 other people waiting. "The room we got is not what it looks like online! Really terrible condition. Furnitures and appliances are falling apart. It looks like they “tried” to renovate from patches on the wall to new sink, but bathroom is really run down and has not been touched to be fixed up. Floor is uneven.
