"Room had a weird smell, AC unit screeched whenever the fan activated, batteries in remote were dead, no body wash in the shower and rooms are a little faded. Staff was really nice and helpful though and breakfast was very good."

"We had issues with the bathroom. The toilet wouldn’t flush and the water pressure in the shower was weak."

"Ants everywhere! Dirty Sheets with visible stains! Tiny, barely usable fitness center. No vent in the bathroom, so after the shower the area is a sauna steam bath. Iron broken and leaking all over my clothes. Fridge worked; nice, big windows; great AC; friendly staff. Would not come back if I had a choice though."

"They told me my booking was moved to the next day because of a rain delay for the event. However they did not and we lost our money and had no place to stay. This was a horrible experience. "

"Our room was spacious and clean. The shade was broken, so didn't get to have any sunlight, but it was a quick overnight stay and not a big deal. The breakfast buffet was fantastic. So many choices and everyone was happy. Loved my chat with the night desk fella when I checked in. He was super friendly and knowledgeable. I would for sure go back."

"Love the area. Hotel is nice and clean. Second time staying there and had the same issue as the first time. Exhaust fan didn't work in the bathroom. Shower head leaked and the spout was really loose. Room was not ready at check in & was told they'd call, but they did not. Expected better from Hilton."

"The room was not clean and it had a horrible pot smell even though it was a non smoking room. They claimed they didn’t have any room left to change us and we had to stay there. It felt so bad and dirty. I do not recommend it at all."

"We’ve stayed at this property several times when visiting family. The staff is always helpful, the public areas are clean, and our room is always top notch. The hotel is close to I75 and several nice restaurants."

"The breakfast was a joke. 1 waffle maker, 1 toaster, cereal, muffins, yogurt and juice. Thats about it. No real actual food. No protein. No elevator. Got lock out after a certain time. Had to be buzzed in."

"We had a great stay here. Highly recommend the large (total of 4 beds) family room, it was a great value. The indoor pool, onsite coin operated laundry, free continental breakfast (it's simple, but it does the job, AND they have the self serve waffle iron that everyone loves), free parking, and convenient access (next to a Walmart) make this hotel hard to beat when staying in the Troy area."

"Excellent staff friendly service no problems. Whatsoever room was very clean. Very good temperature linens great slept great confused about breakfast situation but that’s not always clear as we booked the room at like 11 o’clock tonight would totally recommend especially due to the staff at night. I didn’t get her name, but she was very personable and had just been through a flurry of chaos with a bunch of people that came in and she was fantastic."
