"There was nothing to like about the property. The AC was literally broken into pieces and the carpet had missing pieces, plus it smelled like mold. I would definitely not recommend this place."

"Only negative was the dryers not fully drying our clothes. The property was clean and quiet. Free parking is a definite plus. We'll be staying here again."

"Stayed overnight when flight was cancelled. The hotel offers free dinner and breakfast which is always a plus. The staff was nice. My room was decent. There was hair on the bathroom ceiling and one of the pillow cases had a stain on it. Not a deal breaker but worth noting. The biggest turn off was the AC unit. It needs to be cleaned,.as the dirty vents can be harmful to those of us with allergies."

"I can only complain about the so called Starbucks coffee shop there. It is.not a Starbucks official spot and the food is really poor quality. The capucchino Venti s an unacceptable amount of coffee with a couple ounces of coffee and foam milk all over. Really don't waste your money. I'm sure they can improve there."

"I liked the property very well. I enjoyed the breakfast buffet and liked that it was included with the cost of the room. My one complaint was that our room was cleaned once during our stay. If nothing else, please come in and get the towels and the trash. We would have been fine with that."

"I had booked a room with two beds. They instead gave me 1 bed and one sofa bed, which was ripping from the seams and looked like it was falling apart. When we check in we had to wait a very long time because there was only one person working. We stood there for an hour and a half which was ridiculous. There was also no drinking water at all in our rooms or outside anywhere in the lobby. Safe to say I was disappointed with my experience."

"I was fine with the room (strong cleaner smell but beats being dirty) and the staff was very nice! Unfortunately, they did not have a pack n play/travel crib so not a young family friendly place. I did not know this prior to booking and made the best of it. I have stayed in a lot of hotels and travel a lot with kids and most have always had this so perhaps I should have checked more but thought I’d leave it in a review in case there are other families with littles."
