"The facility was very nice and clean. The breakfast was not my favorite, but it was okay."

"Rooms are very outdated. Staff was very irritating in the fact that on the morning of checkout house keeping was at the door at 9am to remind us check out was at 11. At 11:00 as we are walking out the door to the room the office is calling to verify we had left. Very unsettling that they are in such a rush to run out paying patron who have done nothing to make them do so. If I could give just hospitality a zero I would. Will not stay here again as it is very outdated and in need of many repairs."

"The room was good, and it was clean. Nice big fridge and microwave were great too. However, only 2 bath towels for 2 people the entire week, Sunday to Friday? My room was fine otherwise, but my coworkers room had leakage when it rained. They didn’t offer to move him to another room even though the hotel was half empty. And when the staff went in to clean up the water, they didn’t even change the bedding which had gotten dampened."

"The hotel has a great location in a quiet area, surrounded by restaurants and shops less than 5 minutes away by car. The service was very good, the breakfast was adequate, and the staff was always attentive and friendly. Highly recommended."

"The hotel is really nice and staff were helpful. Room was clean and fridge was already cold. They had water, coffee and juice out in the mornings, which was nice. We didn’t get a chance to try the pool or breakfast because of other obligations. My only problem was the toilet flushed weak. We were there 2 nights for a graduation and didn’t get around to informing staff. The hotel was in close enough range to everything we needed. I even found a beauty supply store and a grocery store. Baby cockroaches came out once the lights turned off. Mind you, I wiped everything down with my own disinfectant wipes before hand. Ended up leaving majority of our things, especially items just bought, unopened due to the infestation. Looked behind the bed and found dead roaches as well. I was too...

"The whole hotel was in terrible shape, and particularly, the rooms. The rooms are old and poorly maintained; the shower’s water pressure and temperature was bad, also the TV didn’t have any channels. The hotel took advantage of us by charging a lot of money to hold our luggages and also there was essentially no breakfast, even though they advertise one."
