"I stayed here for 10 days and since day one I couldn’t wait for the end of my trip. The day I checked in I had to wait 1hr 20 minutes for someone to come check me in. When he showed up he said sorry I went in the shower when you called, I am not sure if you’re on duty to take showers? My total reservation amount from Expedia didn’t match the total charged by the hotel there is about $50 more. They use a cleaning chemical smells really bed to the point you wake up light headed."

"Rooms are very outdated. Staff was very irritating in the fact that on the morning of checkout house keeping was at the door at 9am to remind us check out was at 11. At 11:00 as we are walking out the door to the room the office is calling to verify we had left. Very unsettling that they are in such a rush to run out paying patron who have done nothing to make them do so. If I could give just hospitality a zero I would. Will not stay here again as it is very outdated and in need of many repairs."

"The customer service at this location is absolutely horrible. The front desk refused to honor an earlier booking I made. I waited several hours in the lobby until rebooking. So I was forced to pay again for a room already paid for. In the meantime I have not receive a refund for the original booking. The manager said there was nothing she could do to assist me other than cancel my original booking."

"I made a reservation at Courtyard by Marriott through Expedia. When I arrived at the hotel late in the evening, the hotel staff informed me that I needed to pay for the room because, according to them, Expedia had not sent the payment. I have used Expedia many times to make hotel reservations and have never experienced this issue before. "It’s was 6:30 am and the house manager went door to door waking everyone up about the restroom. She asked who flooded the floor and left water everywhere. It was more like a disciplinary house. There was a lot of loud talking till 1 AM. And it will start back about 7 AM by the house manager and some of the guests. The pictures that are on the app are not actually pictures of the property false advertising. Although if you’re desperate, it needs somewhere to go it will do temporarily."

"I seldom write reviews. I felt inclined to write this one because it was so bad and I gave the hotel every opportunity to explain and make the situation right. It started with us checking in. No one was in the lobby because it was around lunch time, which we understood. My dad went to get coffee after getting off our flight from Richmond to Houston. It was empty. No big deal. "Don’t stay here unless you’re ok with a gnat infestation. Just to give you an idea, there were dead gnats in the plastid wrapped cups for the coffee in the room. The only thing “good” about this hotel is the location for concerts. When I requested to change rules because of the gnats the front desk stated, “all rooms are the same.” Only one elevator was working and it was in the way back. Thankfully they had parking back there but was still an inconvenience when we left the hotel not by car. It...

"Spacious, very clean, quiet room. Amazing beds. Covered parking garage on site, with private access, so it feels very safe, also, they have security personnel making rounds. Staff is knowledgeable and friendly. Cleaning service is offered every third day, the hotel makes a note of that in the small card they attach to your room key. Didn't try the restaurant since we cooked in our room's kitchen."
