"A hotel that is well positioned for the stadium, if you are attending games or events. It is surrounded by a good selection of restaurants and two supermarkets. The room was clean and the staff helpful and friendly. The complimentary breakfast was basic but adequate. The room furnishings were unusual, but fitted the atmosphere of the hotel. The room also had a fridge and a microwave."

"The issues we had; we were there from Thurs to Sunday and never saw cleaning staff. I even told staff to clean and they didn’t. Also, we called down for clean towels and they never came. Had to go down to get them ourselves. Also, there is no 24 hr shuttle as advertised. It’s only for the Medical Center transports. The other issue is there are no good nearby restaurants making it expensive to stay here. The location is only good for the stadium and that is a 40 minute walk at least. Ubers back...

"The hotel is really nice and staff were helpful. Room was clean and fridge was already cold. They had water, coffee and juice out in the mornings, which was nice. We didn’t get a chance to try the pool or breakfast because of other obligations. My only problem was the toilet flushed weak. We were there 2 nights for a graduation and didn’t get around to informing staff. The hotel was in close enough range to everything we needed. I even found a beauty supply store and a grocery store. "Spacious, very clean, quiet room. Amazing beds. Covered parking garage on site, with private access, so it feels very safe, also, they have security personnel making rounds. Staff is knowledgeable and friendly. Cleaning service is offered every third day, the hotel makes a note of that in the small card they attach to your room key. Didn't try the restaurant since we cooked in our room's kitchen."

"Rooms are very outdated. Staff was very irritating in the fact that on the morning of checkout house keeping was at the door at 9am to remind us check out was at 11. At 11:00 as we are walking out the door to the room the office is calling to verify we had left. Very unsettling that they are in such a rush to run out paying patron who have done nothing to make them do so. If I could give just hospitality a zero I would. Will not stay here again as it is very outdated and in need of many repairs."

"Came here to watch a world cup game and stayed here. Staff is incredible like incredible always willing to help and so friendly hotel was always clean and well kept. Lobby is great as well. Would definitely recommend"
