"Room was clean bathroom shower had broken roof top in 1 spot reported and shower head sprayed water left and right so was leaking reported Noise complaint when trying call front desk no answer when reported about noise complaint next day staff member just said we tried calling the room making a noise... instead of going to the room to deal with the noise complaint (Multiple people reported) Other than that good motel clean and nice view near the water"

"We stayed here due to an accident on hwy 17 ... and staff was wonderful!!! So attentive and helpful!!! We used the pool and it was great! Will come back and stay here!!!"

"Just found this lovely resort by accident and I’m so happy we did. We stayed for 1 night as we were going for a quick trip. Here are the PROS & CONS; The staff throughout the hotel/resort/restaurant were always very polite and happy to help! The room we stayed in was quite big which was nice but it could use a couch & an actual table instead of a side table with two chairs. The beach area was nice but could use an upgrade as there’s some uneven areas that need fixing. Lots of activities to do...

"Toilet didn't work the best."

"Property was very well maintained. Bed was comfortable. Location was ideal since it is literally right off the highway and across the street from restaurants for dinner and breakfast. We didn't bother with the free breakfast since it was very crowded and not enough spots to sit. Would definitely stay there again."

"Curtain half off hooks, toilet paper holder not there so roll just sitting there unsanitary, ice machine broken, pop machine broken. Big thing is not even a coffee machine in room all guest were upset about that. Only good thing was beds were comfortable. Another guest said they would never stay there again. I guess you get what you pay for."

"Adequate for me and my wheelchair(2" door sill). Room was very large and bed was great. Bathroom and kitchen areas were completely inaccessible for me and my wheelchair. The motel had used the word to describe entrance to the room. I assumed that every area was accessible for Recommendation: don't use any word that indicates accessibility in advertising. Very clean and well laid out room for most people. "

"The owners were lovely and extremely accommodating. We enjoyed our clean, spacious room and loved being able to use the fire pit. We were pleasantly surprised at a last minute room upgrade. We would happily stay here again!"

"The property was right on the water The only problem was the washroom that wasn’t clean and that mole around the showers. I don’t know it was a great."

"Great location on the way to Algonquin. Family run and the hosts are very attentive. My son and I had a great Father’s Day here exploring the area, and there’s even a beautiful trail behind the hotel with a scenic river. The rooms are comfy and beds are well-kept and clean. Will be coming back here in the future with other family members."

"Negative Punkte, persönlich keine Weiterempfehlung! Wir hatten eine Hütte für drei Nächte gebucht. Die inserierten Bilder auf Expedia sahen ordentlich aus, aber in echt war das Moorhaven einfach abgenutzt... Nach kurzer Inspektion der Unterkunft hatten wir schreckliche Kopfschmerzen von Raumduft. Also wäre durchgehend Anti-Mückenspray versprüht worden. Das Bad, heruntergekommen, voller Flecken, würde ich niemals benutzen. Positiv: Die Lage der Unterkunft ist praktisch gelegen, der See direkt...
