"On a short stay, the first 2.5 days were without wifi. I could not connect and when I inquired about the situation, I was given a customer service number for me to call. I called and spent way too much time on the phone with no results. Finally, a staff member checked the access point in my room and determined that it was not working. They replaced it and I was able to connect. I did all of the troubleshooting for them and asked to be compensated for the inconvenience and was told I could...

"Room was very clean and fully stocked. Location and access to nearby businesses was easy. Enjoyed the free breakfast, and they do breakfast tacos! Was a treat. Staff was great and accommodating when we requested for late checkout. I am a IHG Rewards member but booked through Expedia, but they were able to process my late checkout request. Highly recommend."
