"The best hotel "

"The hotel was nice - great options for food/drink. We particularly enjoyed the cabana rentals - fair price and very friendly staff (Kevin). Every server, bartender and main desk employee was kind and helpful. The beach was very well maintained and I will stay here again. The only negative was paying to park, which sounds like it’s becoming more common at hotels/resorts."

"The add is misleading as the water park is NOT included during your stay. You get 2 tickets for the day you check in and the rest you must buy but for a discounted price. The restaurant isn't great, kids eat for free there the whole time but we found ourselves going off property to eat. Property itself was clean but pretty old. Bedrooms were comfortable and large however we would not stay again. "

"This property has retained its beauty throughout the years. The property is clean and the staff pleasant. That said, there is not much around the property as it is out of the way a bit. This allows it to capitalize on convenience through its escalated pricing for even the most basic of amenities. Think of it more like a captive audience. The bathroom showed signs of wear and regardless of the time of day or night, the water pressure in the shower was barely enough to make it out of the shower head. The toilet was extremely close to the wall and would not allow sufficient clearance for a larger person to sit comfortably. The rooms air filter was completely clogged, well past a preventative maintenance change. "
