Finally got one and was tkld it wasnt the same apartment we booked as it had a leak. "Lovely staff in an old beautiful building. The breakfast was great and the room was cosy and clean but a little on the colder side. Unfortunately we were directly above the function room which had a party on the Saturday day. The music was so loud that the furniture was vibrating. I should have requested a quiet room upon booking. I wouldn't let it put me off booking again"

"Thoroughly enjoyed my stay of just over 2 weeks. All the staff were so kind and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Had a lovely top floor single room an nice skylight window. The Continental breakfast was good with plenty of choice. The Grab and Go breakfast was a good option too. The Italian Restaurant was great and open for lunch and dinner. "Stayed for one night as it was close to the Princess Diana hospital where I was visiting a patient. Room was pretty basic, had a double bed, a TV, basic tea/coffee facilities, bathroom. Surprisingly decent number of plug sockets available to charge devices. Decor needs a serious revamp! Curtains couldn't close properly either. No air-con in the hotel so had to have the window open and a fan going. Although the hotel has free Wi-Fi available, it doesn't actually reach to the part of the hotel...
