"On check in at the resort I was given a room that was facing one of the pools but with a tall gate. It seemed really dreary in this 2 bedroom 2 bathroom. I called to ask about a room change and was given resistance and was told since I booked thru a third party my room couldn’t be changed. I then called the booking company but also called check in back to speak with a supervisor. I was placed on hold and the young lady stated the supervisor would give a one time courtesy to change room. At that time I explained I had the 3rd party booking on the phone which was willing to help in anyway. The room was changed but not so clean. We noticed a ball of hair sitting above shower. At this point we used paper towels and cleaning supplies to clean since. It was already a hassle to change room. Otherwise the amenities were great except when activities were to be held outside they were switched to indoor and the communication wasn’t always known. There was also no water sports let jet ski or paddle boat due to Gators. Overall experience 8/10. Staff on premises very friendly."
