"Stayed in a pet friendly room. The entire hallway smelled terrible but our room was another level of horrid. The floors were upon arrival were so dirty that our sock turned black. The walls and baseboards were covered in spray marks, dirt, and dust. Before I checked out, I pulled the sheets off for housekeeping and noted fresh looking pee stains (that my animals did not do) to the mattress covers and one had dirt marks all over it. Breakfast was the typical hotel breakfast. There was a pool...

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Distill Inn. Everyone who worked there was friendly and went out of their way to assist in any manner possible. There was a quaint little bar, where everyone gathered in the evenings with a very friendly atmosphere and knowledgeable staff. The Distill Inn will definitely be on our radar for future travel."

"The interior pool room was very hot. Along the baseboards and corners carpeting were a little dusty but all in all the hotel was nice and the shuttle driver was nice too Give us a ride to Kentucky Kingdom."

"The main lobby looked nice and comfortable and was met with a lovely receptionist, however after going through several rooms with issues or animal urine Oder, broken bed, a dead door, flicking bathroom lights, and the strong abundant Oder or mildew in each room outside of the one that smelled like pet Oder the stay was terrible, the bath tub was also poorly kept to a of soap scum build up and rust coming through so a shower was out of the questions! We cut it short and left the receptionist that...

"We had a wonderful stay here. Everything was clean, easy to access, and well‑kept throughout the property. The staff were friendly, accommodating, and always willing to help, which made our visit even better. We would absolutely stay again the next time we’re in Kentucky."

"Breakfast was decent, staff was good, room good have been a little better, A/C needs updating, it was having a hard time keeping the room cool with the heat outside, the walkway, stairways and outside areas need a daily cleaning."

"The room was clean and the sheets were amazing, super soft. The biggest issue that we had was the fire alarms going off at 5:30 in the morning and it was a false alarm, that was irritating. Breakfast was standard, not good not bad."

"The room and staff were wonderful. It would be nice to have a larger bathtub so as an adult, I could fit in it and take a bath. The tv should have been moved closer to the sofa so you could see it better from there. Also, closing the door made a loud noise and it couldn't be quieted with a slower closing. You could hear the neighbors going in and out...in fact soundproofing all around could be better. We had noisy neighbors the first night and they did quiet down after a call made to them...
