"Clean room"

"The room was ok but when I entered I smell dust in it. The curtains didn’t close totally, in the bathroom they should put better and bigger towels, they were old and small."

"This hotel is marketed as up class and swanky. We were put in a room that was pretty much a humid basement (with a dehumidifier to boot!) right next to the pool and an exit door. Other than hearing the neighboring rooms conversation thanks to the paper thin walls we were accosted by the constant opening and closing of the exit door at all hours. Especially in the early morning by the house keeper and the relentless foot traffic of a wedding. The vibe is cute but it’s an average at best hotel...

"Since it's a large corporate property my expectation was that it would be similar to other properties that stayed. However it was quite surprising to see some type of soil stain on the bedspread, and the tiles in the bathroom coming up from the floor. But the next morning when it was time to take a shower, I was surprised to see that the shower head was not mounted to the wall just hanging like a hand shower. There was no place to put in to take a shower so I had to hold on to it the whole time....

"The reservation was made through Expedia, with notes to have 2 cribs available upon arrival. I called the hotel to confirm prior to flying in. That night, upon checkin, they did not have any cribs as promised. But luckily, they were able to find a couple pack and plays. I had to request additional bedding several times, but kept getting sheets rather than blankets/pillows. There were numerous miscommunications. Other than that, the trundle bed in the "suite" was stained with urine marks. ...

"When I booked this property I read the reviews and they were terrible. But the room was fine. Plumbing could use some work, but the the bed was soft warm and dry, and the shower hot and wet. No mold or dust bunnies in sight. Staff was great. TV and wifi worked. But no breakfast even through there is a restaurant. Parking looked easy and safe. But I suspect this conference center was built when Aurora had better prospects and is now a money loser for the owners. My brother says the food...

"The parking lot house several abandoned cars. The elevator last inspection expired 8/20/2022. The building smelled of marijuana . The breakfast counter area was dirty, along with the hallways. The pool was not cleaned or available for use. They had a handwritten note on the pool door stating, “Closed No Chemicals “. I would not recommend having them on our travel site and I hate that I booked it from the pictures that Expedia shared and their pool. When we go to the Cleveland area we enjoy...

"Had an issue with the tv where the internet stopped working. Within 10 mi utes of notifying them they were on the case and had it fixed within the hour, fantastic service! Staff are lovely, very friendly and welcoming. Room cleaned well every day unless sign was put on door. Coming back to streetsboro and already booked my next stay here."
