The Roost was clean, quiet, had friendly staff, and more amenities than any other hotel we have ever stayed at. It’s also in the heart of downtown so you can walk anywhere. We will definitely be back. The only negative was how low the bed was. Someone with knee or hip issues would have a hard time getting in and out of it.

My sister and I had a girls weekend trip and would highly recommend the Roost as an awesome place to stay! Ben who worked the front desk went above and beyond to give us ideas on places to eat and things to do! He was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable not to mention he was just all around a great person! This is a newer place that has rooms to rent and residential renters everyone we talked to were very friendly and helpful! Highly recommend

Major communications issues on behalf of the Desk Staff in regards to simple requests made multiple times before and throughout my stay. Although the manager Benjamin reassured me it was a one time fluke that will never happen again. He personally delivered our breakfast to my door, which I appreciated. Overall I really did enjoy my stay and plan on returning to give Roost another chance at perfection

The location and property are nice. Perfect location for walking to a nice dinner and casino. Staff were responsive and helpful when we had to call for parking assistance and when the large fight broke out right outside our room in which security was needed.

What didn’t I like about this amazing hotel! It was literally a full apartment and very safe and private! I saw the photos when I booked and I was not fully prepared for this level of luxury and the sheer size of the room. Full kitchen , bedroom and bath room! It was larger then my first apartment

We were stuck outside until another tenant happened to be leaving because no one was answering. And then no one was at the front desk. And I tried to then call but it was the front desk that no one was at. Then finally someone walked out from the back after security wandered back while watching something on his phone. No apology from the front desk for waiting. Then the internet went out and I tried to call the front desk and I got a voicemail and no one returned my call. We’ve stayed here a few times and this is definitely unusual for this hotel but still frustrating.
