DO NOT STAY HERE!!! The room was filthy, run down, disheveled, stains on furniture, carpet and walls. The wallpaper was pealing in multiple areas. There were stains on multiple walls, furniture and the carpet. There was water stains on the inside of the light fixture in the bathroom. There was black mold in the shower. There wasn’t a microwave or refrigerator. The only good thing was we didn’t see any bed bugs.

Stayed at this place Room was terrible, toilet and basin got overflown The front desk didn’t take any action despite giving them call three times No courtesy whatsoever from staff I check out very early and front desk guy with glasses refused to refund my money I am going to call Consumer Bureau and report this place and their bad service Worst place to stay !!! To all great folks out there do yourself a favor and choose different motel for you stay !! Or else be prepare to get sneezing and headache!!!

I got exactly what I was looking for and exactly what I paid for. I am very satisfied with my experience, but in order for you to be as satisfied as I was you will have to manage your expectations. I was looking for a cheap, no frills stay for a business trip. My primary concern was price, and this stay was very affordable. Nearly half of other options. If you want any sort of amenities beyond a functioning bed, shower and toilet with a room that has a locking door, you should look elsewhere and be prepared to pay more. If you are willing to stay somewhere a bit dirty, a bit run down, a bit noisy, and willing to put up with the inconvenience of not having access to a microwave, refrigerator, coffee pot or ice machine, I’ll bet you can’t find a cheaper place in Cleveland.

We arrived at midnight with our 2 sleeping toddlers to sleep for 4 hours before an early flight. I was forced to provide $100 cash deposit at the time of check in, which I obtained through an ATM behind locked door of an old restaurant that was dark and holding old supplies. I felt like someone could have been waiting in there to abduct me. I was told at the time of check out, the desk clerk would have to go back up in to the room to confirm we were not smoking and that our deposit would be returned to us. At 4am no one was at the desk or answering the front desk phone, and after waiting 30 minutes we had to leave. I signed a lot of paperwork including the deposit at the time of check in but did not receive any copies myself. After calling Wyndham, I was told they don't know how they will return my deposit. When I asked to have a check mailed to me, I was told they couldn't do that. The hotel and the area felt unsafe. We will dispute our credit card charge until we receive our $100 deposit back. Horrific, would never stay here again.
