The Westin Cleveland Downtown
This is a very beautiful hotel. The room was excellent and all the employees were very accommodating. My sink did not drain and at checkout time the elevator to the garage broke down. The first-floor emergency exit in the stair well is a fire hazard due to blocked with furniture and flag poles.

my original room was in very poor shape. it was handicapped accessible and seems like it hadn't been looked at in a while. the door lock appeared to work (turned green) but door wouldn't open on first 4-5 tries. eventually got it open w/ a big shove!
