"Good value for money"

"Me and my friend stayed here for the Comicon at BEC Arena. The hotel was 15 minutes away, which cost about £16 in an Uber. There was parking on the street, and we had no issues finding the address. The landlord is incredibly kind, and super helpful. The landlord truly helped make our stay enjoyable. As well as Adam, the front of house staff. "Varied breakfast, main lobby decor is modern but the rest of the hotel, especially the rooms and very tired and dated. "

"We arrived at approximately 9pm, slightly later than advised. Although the front door was locked, the manager (I assume) was still there, cleaning. He let us in when I telephoned and kindly carried our case up to the room. The room itself was clean, fresh, well equipped. However, the room was extremely cold on arrival. "Free parking is a bonus"

"Parking on the booking sites says free parking, however it is not free and you do need to pay to park. Rooms clean I did not have the breakfast. Staff friendly."

"Whole hotel has a lovely fresh relaxed vibe esp as it’s so new, very central, would definitely go back. Stylish and laid back. Minor niggles, bit of a drain smell in our bathroom, very little storage for clothes etc, Room’s not huge. Also room even on lowest temperature was a bit warm for me. Staff very accommodating- made a couple of advance requests, sorted without a quibble."
