"A gem in Hatfield. A beautiful art deco building and the rooms are decorated in a fitting style. Large room, beautiful bathroom, clean, quiet, plenty of parking and a bar for dinner! I’ll stay again."

"Plenty of parking, the room was clean and comfortable, staff helpful and polite. Bar service quick and efficient. Would certainly recommend. But be aware when you check in they ask for a £50.00 holding fee that must be paid on a bank card ,it gets refunded after you have checked out and the cleaners have cleaned and checked your room."

"Lovely location. Appears to be lovely hotel set up. TERRIBLE customer service and staff. Drove 5 hours here after a paid for booking and recited email. Hotel had the confirmation and had double booked but decided to not call me but instead tell me on the evening of arrival. They said their manager would call me the next day to rectify the refund. One girl was helpful finding me a hotel twice the price 20 minutes away. The other guy working there, had a 'tough luck attitude.' I had to call a week...

"Location is right next to Terminal (10min walk). Rooms & bathroom were in good condition & very clean. Restaurant & bar onsite with a good menu & choice of beverages - burger was very tasty. Reception staff (Katie) was very helpful & professional - thank you. Parking - lots of spaces but you can only park there for a max of 24 hours. I needed 36 hours for my short business trip but unable to accommodate. I had to park elsewhere & park hike back to the hotel. Understand they cannot offer medium...
