"First off, upon checking in I was behind a deploying soldier. He was told he couldn’t use his military credit card bc their system needed the card to have the tap feature on new cards or required a PIN to pay bc it wouldn’t swipe & he couldn’t manual enter. This forced the soldier to pay out of pocket over $700 since we was “extended stay”. I tell you this bc I told them I don’t have a PIN or tap feature on mine & wasn’t paying differently. "We had a nice stay. The property seemed safe and convenient. The staff was helpful and kind. Hotel rooms weren’t terrible. The beds were comfortable. Sink didn’t drain and conditioner bottle empty but we came prepared. Overall 4/5. Would recommend for basic needs with no frills."

"This is by far the worst Inn I have ever seen. Within moments of entering the room you could feel and see that it was not somewhere you would feel comfortable sleeping. There were large cracks in the exterior walls that you could put multiple credit cards in side by side, the base molding was coming off the wall in multiple locations, picture frame glass was cracked, and the paint on the wall wasn’t covering the last decor change. "It was clean, contemporary, very nice. If you plan to use the hot tub let the front desk know 30 min before you plan to use it. Otherwise, great stay!"

"The Hotel is right opposite the station, which is a plus. It has loads of restaurants on the main road. Staff at Reception was helpful. Our toiletries was never replaced. We had Ants infestation, the responses from Staff was that it is normal. Room is cleaned every other day."

"Facilities were clean and the hotel is in a good location near a shopping center and the fairgrounds/Six Flags park. My gripe is that there was no air conditioning when it was clearing becoming too hot."

"The staff was great and provided a lot of recommendations. The location was decent if you had a car, not much in walking distance except a few restaurants. The room was clean and the breakfast was a small continental breakfast area."

"Booked a room because of the price, but you definitely get what you pay for. Burn holes on the comforter, SHOE PRINT on the pillow, a/c unit smelled. Luckily I had my own sleeping bag to place on the bed. Oh yeah, the best part was the bullet hole they tried to cover on the door lol. All to be expected with hookers down the street and people arguing in the parking lot."

"We loved the Union. It wasn't our first time there and it never disappoints. We had the largest room on the 3rd floor with a 180 degree view and amazing original furniture from the early 1900s. The only small complaint is that the king sized bed could use a new mattress. We didn't sleep well because it was pretty bad, but don't let this discourage you from staying there. Maybe they will read this and put a new mattress on the bed. :)"
