The box spring is nasty the swimming pool has been closed for a year breakfast was a joke not worth the price grass was high

Hotel staff was attentive and nice. Beds were comfortable. Room had a strange odor. Large stain on the floor and molded shower curtain. The grounds of the hotel were also dirty. Lots of cigarette butts outside of our room. Vending machine was not well stocked.

What a beautiful location. It is clear the owner cares for the property and is working to improve it. It was a welcome respite from driving for my family and I. I would definitely stay here again.

Definitely an old motel, all outside entrances. Back in the day, I'm sure it was probably very nice. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. We could not get the TV to work, but we were already in bed before we discovered that. The blow dryer in the bathroom didn't work either. It appears to be a motel that work crews stay for extended periods of time because of the reasonable price. It was fine for one night as we passed through Clinton, but if you are looking for luxury, this motel isn't what you want.

Place is run down weeds and cracks everywhere . One person on staff spoke English it looked like after humans documentary . Very rude staff .

Even though I can sympathize with the limited amount of traffic through Clinton AR looking for overnights, this property could be stunning with some hard work. But that would require landscaping, cleaning the place up inside and out, providing the breakfast you advertised (but did not offer), pest control for ALL the sewer flies, fix the pool or fill it in, wash the bed covers or better yet replace, clean the carpets, and deep clean everything top to bottom.

We booked 2 rooms one room had mold and was hot a moist when we walked in. The other room had bed bugs on one of the beds. We did not stay we refused the booking and it has taken me a month to get my full refund. OH YAA the pool has not had water in ten years don't let the description of this place fool you. This hotel has gone down hill and is at rock bottom!!!!

A tired and rundown establishment. Our room smelled of mold and mildew. The shower was sub par. My wife would not go into the shower. It’s probably good for transient workers at best. No value…..
