But that would require landscaping, cleaning the place up inside and out, providing the breakfast you advertised (but did not offer), pest control for ALL the sewer flies, fix the pool or fill it in, wash the bed covers or better yet replace, clean the carpets, and deep clean everything top to bottom."

"Room was not clean, whole hotel was having mosquitos around lobby to Rooms on 4th floor. Pool was closed so please be sure before booking as their system is never updated."

"We didn’t get the room we reserved due to no A/C. The desk clerk was high on something when trying to check in, could hardly understand her. Same way checking out. Observed her stumbling in the washer/dryer area. Room had live spiders in curtains, dead bugs in bathroom floor and hair on back of toilet tank. The whole property is very run down."

"Room itself was clean. Exterior concrete was in bad shape, steel structure on the stairwell was rusted to the point of being sketchy, NO vending or ice on the property, waited about 20 minutes before finally calling the motel to get someone at the desk to check-in."

"Cute little rustic stay. We got a two bedroom cabin, each room had two queen size beds with 4 pillows each and each room had its own bathroom. The kitchen had a full size fridge, 4 top burner, air fryer and Keurig. I recommend bringing extra coffee pods. The river was gorgeous and we fished from the dock all weekend. Cute little place - we'll be back! There are new owners right now who are still getting stuff set up online, but I can see all the improvements they're making."

"You could tell our room hadn’t been rented out in a while because it needed dusting and just overall tidying up. We found a bracelet and a toy car that previous guest had left. The shower floor was gritty. It just needed to be cleaned. Also the black out shade wasn’t working so we couldn’t raise it. Our room was very dark."

"Do NOT book this hotel online!! They do not honor online reservations! We booked through Hotels.com and when we arrived they said they no longer use Hotels.com and that we had no reservation. They had none of the rooms we had booked. They only take reservations made through that specific hotel. "

"After checking in I parked and noticed cigarette butts in front of the doorway, maybe 7-10. I got in the room and pulled the comforter back to sit on the bed and immediately noticed that the sheets had not been changed. I pulled the top sheet back and there was a drop of bright red blood on the bottom sheet. I went to the bathroom to wash my hands and there was no hand soap and there was an unknown spot on the hand towel. I went to the check in window which said “no refunds” and a woman came to...
