"Bugs in the room one on my pillow. No drawers closet no iron or ironing board. Noice above me kids jumping. Doors slamming. Horrible customer service. When I took the pillow to the front desk the man accused me of basically trying to get out of paying for my stay! $150 is nothing. I’d payed more and received better at other hotels (Hyatt, Hilton, Marriott). I told him this is a motel not a hotel! He said said the description of what was in the room was on the details/amenities. Not true. Only...

"Property was a bit outdated. Rooms were spacious but the beds are pretty hard. Overall friendly staff and clean property. The area around the hotel has some poor roads but parking is plenty around the building. Breakfast had plenty of options and other than getting my card billed twice (once for a holding charge and once when I arrived) check in went pretty smoothly."

"Would not redo my towels or clean the place at all then gave me attitude if you want to go to a place that will respect you and not treat you like you're nobody this is not the place The parking lots are clean the rooms are clean only if you demand it be cleaned ⁵ night manager is the most respectful and courteous person here my hats off to her other than that this place leaves a lot to be desired they need to listen to their tenants and be respectful"

"This hotel is in desperate need of an update. The shower was dirty and for some reason there was a separate dehumidifier in the room! Not to mention that the head board on the bed was shredded. The carpet was dirty and the bathroom floor was sticky!! I do not recommend this hotel"
