"Clean room. Nice staff"

"The location was good, the staff were all great - helpful, friendly. We arrived back at 3am and while searching for my key, someone came and let us in to the lobby. Really nice. The room was very small but fine for a night or two with just one or two people. We had a windowless room which was wonderfully quiet. And everything was clean and in good condition. I'd happily stay there again when visiting. "

"Cannot adjust room temp our room was so hot, they brought us a fan which helped, Did not have a coffee maker as advertised they said they didn't have enough for all the rooms, elevators where terrible so packed and took forever, and the stairwell smelled aweful"

"Comfortable soundproof simple hotel in central London, just what I needed for a good night's sleep. I liked the minimalist design and the mattress was comfy. The breakfast was great value considering the price and the staff were polite and helpful. The only thing that needed mending was the shower door, which couldn't close properly. All great otherwise!"

"This hotel is super convenient when travelling solo in the city. The room is small but has everything you need. Everything is clean. There should be more staff, as it seemed that there were very few people working check-in, the bar, luggage room, etc. The staff were SO helpful, but management needs to hire more of them per shift, as the lobby gets very busy. Will stay again!"

"Wonderful location with just a couple minute walk to Russell Square Station (Picadilly Line). The room was clean and a decent size for London. Breakfast buffet was delicious and good value. Just be careful with the shower flooding because the water pressure was too much to handle all at once for the drain. There is luggage storage which is great but was annoyed that I had to take out and toss my sealed water bottle I just bought out of my backpack pocket in order to store."
