"Fantastic little spot. Surprisingly quiet considering it's over a pub. Never heard any of the noise from the pub and stayed over on a Friday night as well. My room was tucked up and away on the opposite side of the building from the main pub dining area. Breakfast was absolutely lovely as was the breakfast room. (Didn't hurt that it was sunny every day that I was there.) "

"This was a great find for the price we paid. It is definitely outside of the city but maybe a 10 minute walk to underground and we never felt unsafe. The room itself was small but clean. Our bathroom was also small but did the job. It came with a kitchen area that we didn’t even take advantage of but definitely nice to have if you wanted to have stuff in the fridge. It had a well functioning air unit. We were on the 1st floor but the stairs were not bad to get luggage up and down. "

"Reasonable price close to the Finsbury Park Station. Piccadilly Line is the best for most tourist spots in London. Everyone was very nice and helpful. Decent breakfast, if you just want a place to sleep and shower, this is great. Not big, not fancy. Big park across the street for people watching and walking around. "

"I spent a lot of time panicking because I didn't have the check-in info, the confirmation said it would arrive 24 hours before the stay. As I didn't have this, I wasn't sure what was happening, but it turns out that they provide the check-in details at around 1pm prior to a 3pm check-in (although my original itinerary said 2pm check-in, not sure when or why this changed). Good location however poor service.

"We checked in late night, sadly they have no room for the type of room that I have paid. I paid for executive room and the manager said that they are overbooked hence, can only give me a standard room (thats the only room left for that day). Helllowww, I have prepaid all my rooms and yet the hotel gave my room to someone who paid even lesser than me. The manager said things happened and it is better next time to book direcly with the hotel, not via third party. So I told them, that is not an excuse. If you want everyone to book directly from the hotel site, just dont work with third party agencies in the beginning. Got the standard room checked in at midnight and the furniture is very old. There is pieces of instant noodles and left over vegetables near the sofa. Very bad maintenance for the standard room according to me. The hot shower did not work properly. The pressure is not high enough, hence making the water wont switch to the shower head. "
