Table top fans are provided. - The room facing the street is super noisy at night because there are at least multiple commercial front-load dumpsters that are constantly worked on by garbage collection workers throughout the weeknights (it's non-stop for the whole nights). I think the rooms are directly facing the garbage collection and transfer station or something like that. - There is no blackout curtains in the room. The room gets so bright starting 4am and you...

"Ive stayed here a few times, as i always have a great sleep there but not this time. The smoke detector was flashing and the Air con also had flashing light. Which the guy at the front desk came and covered all the flashing lights. I also mentioned the aircon was not working. Not even the fan setting would work. But i guess because it was late no one could fix it. Slept horribly which defeated the purpose of me staying."

"It was ok, but a couple of things bugged me. I didn’t receive the access code what’s ap before hand so got bounced about on the phone a bit when I called to get this on the day. Room was nice, but the shower fixture was rubbish, plus I couldn’t get the water to a good temperature, it was scolding hot. The TV didn’t have a licence I guess because you had to stream off of your own phone or laptop, which I was unable to do."

"The listing description and how the place actually is don’t match up. The room I booked was to have a king size bed, hair dryer, shampoo and body wash. However when I arrived the bed was a full size. There was no hair dryer, or shower supplies. They provide one body towel per person but no hand towels or wash cloths. There were bugs in the room, a hole in the wall filled with a sponge. The room ran out of toilet paper and the owners were unable to provide anymore as they were not on property....

"The room was small but adequate but the amenities were exceptional. More than enough food and drink available and all good quality. Do not be put off by external appearances."

"Location was great. The property and entrance is very gloomy looking. The room its self is very very small. The on suite was so small that when you sat on the toilet you would be able to wash your hair in the sink. I know London is expensive, but for the price that you paying here, you would have at least expected a clean place to stay. The furniture and curtains need to be replaced. Maintenance needs to be done. Its generally dirty and not well maintained."
