"Very clean, recently refurbished rooms and an easy self-check in process. Very comfortable beds, really quiet rooms at the back of the property, a fridge and safe in the room, and an excellent TV with loads of streaming options. The only slight drawbacks were a strange weed-like smell which lingered in the corridor just outside my room during my stay, and my colleague who stayed two floors up was disturbed on both nights by the 'passionate' noise of the guests in the next room..! Very easy...

"For what I needed and location it was prefect for one night - the need was more about location than anything else. Room was clean and had everything that I needed. Bed small so lucky it was just one person as it wasn’t really big enough for two. Really really bad smell from bathroom - like rotten cabbage, think it was the shower drain."

"I had a quick overnight stay at this property where I checked in at 8pm and out at 8.30am the following day. The room was small, which was expected, but spotlessly clean and fresh. The shower was good and the air conditioning effective. I was disturbed on a number of occasions during the night with people talking and doors closing, but that's possibly because I was located so close to reception. I'd consider staying again if the price was right, but ask to be located further away from reception."

"The hotel is modest, but beautifully updated and very clean. Our room had a kitchen, laundry facilities, and a very nice bathroom. The bedroom was small, but I’ve seen much smaller in Central London for double the price. Staff were very kind and allowed us to store our luggage for a few hours after checkout so we could do a bit more sightseeing before our flight."

"Really affordable hotel, great for a short stay in London. My room had no windows and the air conditioning was broken, but staff were helpful and provided a fan to use during my stay."

"I had a pleasant stay overall. The apartment was immaculately clean and offered plenty of space, which made it comfortable throughout. The photos didn’t match the property exactly, but the place itself was still nice. The staircase leading to the upstairs room was quite slim and a bit awkward to navigate, so something to be aware of. Communication could have been smoother, but in the end I felt the stay offered good value for money."

"Hotel was maybe 5/10 enough but the staff are incompetent to the point of fraudulence. I extended my stay online and then staff told me they put the wrong price online so I had to pay the extra £350. I was tired because they had just woken me up to tell me this and I didn’t want to argue so I just did it. I should have just left then and there. The guy at the counter kept asking me to pay for the extended stay, and then when I tried to pay for it, he told me he had to text the manager and kept...

"Good sized rooms comfortable and a bonus the hot tub! Only downside they have extended the hot tub use to midnight from the previous 10.30pm cut off so I didn’t appreciate the room above me in the hot tub until 11.30pm it was noisy. Good quiet location."
