Good sized rooms comfortable and a bonus the hot tub! Only downside they have extended the hot tub use to midnight from the previous 10.30pm cut off so I didn’t appreciate the room above me in the hot tub until 11.30pm it was noisy. Good quiet location.

Room had no hot water, tv didn’t work and the booking said breakfast included…. Which would be difficult as this guesthouse had no staff present (or anywhere to eat). The room itself was clean and pleasant, but the lack of any hot water meant cold showers and no hot tub use.

It was ok, but a couple of things bugged me. I didn’t receive the access code what’s ap before hand so got bounced about on the phone a bit when I called to get this on the day. Room was nice, but the shower fixture was rubbish, plus I couldn’t get the water to a good temperature, it was scolding hot. The TV didn’t have a licence I guess because you had to stream off of your own phone or laptop, which I was unable to do.

Really great room not so great service

Great spacious room with really nice design, at a good price in a great location. However it was very difficult to get hold of anyone when we needed assistance.

Excellent stay here for 1 night. Excellent communication from the owner providing helpful information in accessing the property etc. Really pleased with the room - was very clean and comfy, loved the jacuzzi bath.

We stayed here to go to a concert at the Emirates Stadium. We were very happy with the hotel, the room was big and clean, lovely shower. It exceeded our expectations. Staff very responsive to message. Only one thing to improve on would be the instructions on how to find the property as the door is quite hidden. Very good stay, would recommend!

Jacuzzi room

20 minute walk from both Angel and Highbury and Islington tube stations. 5 minute walk from a Tesco express and High Street Islington. Easy to check in and the room was clean and well stocked, with tea/coffee and shampoo/shower gel. Small problem locating the switch for the jacuzzi and a bit of a trial filling it with hot water, but it was welcome after hours of walking.
